2.4. Linked Online Solutions Limited online services and support are designed for all Microsoft Platforms, devices, operating systems and applications.

2.5. Linked Online Solutions Limited will use its best efforts to resolve Members’ computer technical issues and problems in professional, reasonable and timely manner, considering the circumstances and nature of the issue. Onsite and Online support may be delayed due to research and inquires as necessary.

2.6. Linked Online Solutions Limited does not ensure that every request for technical assistance can be resolved to the Members’ satisfaction. 

2.7. Technical issue due to software or hardware malfunction may not be correctable or may be too difficult to resolve online, onsite or over telephone.

2.8. Linked Online Solutions Limited has limited ability to obtain proprietary information from vendors in order to make necessary adjustments to Members’ technical issues.

2.9. Members’ are responsible for providing Linked Online Solutions Limited with complete and accurate information concerning each computer system.

2.10. Members’ are solely responsible for adequate protection and back up of data, software and/or hardware.

2.11. Members’ shall not provide passwords to any person or permit its use to any third person.

2.12. Members’ fully understand and accepts that neither Linked Online Solutions Limited or any third party product or service provided shall be responsible for any lost to data, inaccurate output or delays resulting from any form of technical support provided by Linked Online Solutions Limited.

2.13. Members’ are responsible for any damages incurred to hardware or software.

2.14. Parts replacement and repair services can be provided by Linked Online Solutions Limited as necessary.

2.15. All costs are the responsibility of the Member.

6.7. Technical issue due to software or hardware malfunction may not be correctable or may be too difficult to resolve online, onsite or over telephone.

The Client is to supply all materials and information required for Linked Online Solutions Limited to complete the Work in accordance with the agreed specification.  Such materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written-copy, logos and other printed materials.  Where the Client's failure to supply such materials leads to a delay in completion of the work, Linked Online Solutions Limited has the right to extend previously agreed deadlines for the completion of the Work.  Where the Client's failure to supply materials prevents progress on the Work for more than 21 days, Linked Online Solutions Limited has the right to invoice the Client for any part or parts of the Work already completed. Linked Online Solutions Limited may also at this time choose to cancel the remainder of the project.

7.38. On completion of the Work in each Stage, the Client will be notified and have the opportunity to review it.  The Client should notify Linked Online Solutions Limited, in writing, of any unsatisfactory points within 10 days of receipt of such notification.  Any of the Work which has not been reported in writing to Linked Online Solutions Limited as unsatisfactory within the 10 day review period will be deemed to have been approved.  Once approved, or deemed approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected, and the contract will be deemed to have been completed and the remaining balance payment under Professional Fees will become due. The job will remain in effect until all obligations have been completed in terms of this Clause.

7.39. If the Client rejects the Work within the 10 day review period, or will not approve subsequent Work performed by Linked Online Solutions Limited to remedy any points reported by the Client as unsatisfactory, and Linked Online Solutions Limited considers that the Client is unreasonable in his repeated rejection of the Work, the contract will be deemed to have expired and Linked Online Solutions Limited can take any legal measures to recover both payment for the completed Work and reasonable expenses incurred in recovering payment.

7.40. Upon completion of each STAGE, Linked Online Solutions Limited will invoice the Client for the Payment Due in accordance to the payment stage described in Professional Fees hereof. Payment is to be paid by the Client UPON RECEIPT of the date that the invoice was issued. Web development will not progress to the next stage until previous stage payment is received.The Deposit and any other payments made to Linked Online Solutions Limited are not refundable for any reason. Receipt of payment by Linked Online Solutions Limited from the CLIENT at each stage is considered full approval of said stage and permission by the CLIENT to move on to the next stage of development.

7.41. If payment has not been received by the due date, Linked Online Solutions Limited has the right to suspend ongoing work for Client, until such time that full payment of the outstanding balance has been received.  If full payment has still not been received 21 days after the due date, Linked Online Solutions Limited has the right to replace, modify or remove the Website and revoke the Client's license of the Work until full payment has been received.  By revoking the Client's license of the Work or removing the web site from the Internet, Linked Online Solutions Limited does not remove the Client's obligation to pay any outstanding monies owing.

7.42. If the client halts work with Linked Online Solutions Limited the client shall be liable to pay for all work that has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payments received. This work will be billed at an hourly rate of 45.00 per hour. All or any portion of initial payments will not be refunded to the client for any reason and are not based on any hourly basis. In addition to being liable for payments extending past initial payments all materials delivered to the client to date (in connection with that specific project) must be returned. Use of work done in connection with the project without consent could result in additional fees or legal action.
